Just bought my Lowa Ticam's. I put them on and out of the box (walking around the streets of NY so far) found them quite comfortable. I'm a 10.5 US but have a wide foot so I went with an 11. Nice tie box and good flex with sure footed support. After 6 hours on my feet I'm thinking I made a good choice. There will be a little break in period I can feel but it seems Lowa has designed an excellent backpacking boot. I had been looking at the Mammut Mt. Trail and Monolith (love the pedigree) but after trying them on I went with this as of yet un-researched model. They just spoke to me. I think I'm going to be happy.
